- Watch. In Session Recordings, watch this week's visits with the quiet stretches skipped, and note the ones that reach your cart and leave without pressing Check out.
- Spot the pattern. Several shoppers open the shipping policy, then leave: the delivery cost surprises them.
- Fix the site. Show the shipping cost on product pages and in the cart. Our guide to why shoppers leave their carts lists the usual causes.
- Follow up. Some shoppers still leave, as they always will. For shoppers who agreed to hear from you, myuser.ai sends a reminder by email or text with the items they left.

Replies to shoppers' texts
myuser.ai answers shoppers' text replies from your products, prices and policies, and it only messages people who agreed to hear from you.
How the sync works
- Nothing to set up. As soon as both apps are on the same Wix site, they sync. There's no import to run.
- Your replays come along. When you add myuser.ai, your last 30 days of replays and your starred ones are copied into it on their own, so its replay list doesn't start empty.
- Both apps record. From then on, with replays on in myuser.ai, both apps record visits, each under its own allowance and its own cookie-consent rules.
- Each app's own replays. Session Recordings never shows the replays myuser.ai records, and it never contacts the people it records.
- Each app keeps its own. Each keeps and erases only its own recordings. Our privacy policy has the details.

Add myuser.ai to a site that already runs Session Recordings and you get myuser.ai Launch free for 2 months, as a welcome gift. It comes once per site, when Session Recordings has been on the site for a week or has replays, and nothing is charged when the 2 months end. Session Recordings stays free forever either way.

Does Session Recordings email or text my visitors?
No. It records visits so you can replay them, and it never contacts the people it records.
Do my replays show in myuser.ai?
Yes. When you add myuser.ai, your last 30 days of replays and your starred ones are copied into it on their own, and from then on, with replays on in myuser.ai, both apps record visits. Replays recorded by myuser.ai don't show in Session Recordings.
Do I need both apps?
No. Each works on its own. Keep Session Recordings to see how visitors use your site, free forever, and add myuser.ai when you want to follow up with shoppers by email and text.
