What counts as a recording?
One visit: a visitor's session on your site, from their first page to when they leave.
What happens when I use up a month's recordings?
Recording pauses until your next monthly cycle starts. There are no extra charges. Upgrade anytime to keep recording.
Are all features on the Free plan?
Yes. Every plan has key moments, the Activity list, live view, idle skipping, filters, starring, phone replays and masking. Paid plans add recordings and longer retention.
How am I billed?
Through your Wix account. Choose monthly or yearly billing when you upgrade.
How do I cancel?
Through Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period, then move to Free.
What happens to old recordings if I downgrade?
Replays older than your new plan's retention period are deleted on its schedule, except the ones you've starred. See session recording retention for which replays are worth keeping.
