Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Session Recordings app and this website, operated by myuser.ai LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using Session Recordings, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. The service

Session Recordings records visits to Wix sites, with typing masked and cookie consent respected, and lets you replay, filter, star and share them.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and have authority over the Wix site you install Session Recordings on. You are responsible for your Wix account's security and for who has access to your dashboard.

3. Your responsibilities

• Notice and consent: you are responsible for telling visitors about session recording in your privacy policy and for any consent your local laws require. Recording follows your site's cookie consent settings.
• Sensitive pages: don't use Session Recordings on pages where visitors share especially sensitive information, such as health or financial details, unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
• Requests: you will pass on, or let us handle, visitors' requests to access or delete their recordings.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Session Recordings to identify or track people unlawfully, to collect information you aren't entitled to, or to interfere with the service.

5. Plans and billing

Session Recordings has a Free plan and paid Plus and Pro plans. Current prices, monthly recording allowances and retention periods are shown on our pricing page and the Wix App Market. All charges are processed by Wix and appear on your Wix invoice; we don't store your payment details.

• Allowances: each plan's monthly recordings are a cap. When it's reached, recording pauses until the next monthly cycle or until you upgrade. There are no usage charges.
• Renewal: paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly as you choose, until cancelled.
• Cancelling: cancel through Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account. Paid features stay available until the end of the paid period. Recordings older than your new plan's retention period are then deleted on its schedule, except starred ones.
• Price changes: changes apply from your next renewal and won't change a subscription you've already approved without your approval through Wix.
• Refunds: except where required by law, charges are non-refundable. Any refund is processed through Wix.

6. Intellectual property

We own Session Recordings and its software. You keep ownership of your site and content, and you grant us permission to process them to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Session Recordings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of Session Recordings, your notices to visitors, or your breach of these terms.

9. Termination

You can stop using Session Recordings at any time by removing it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Questions: support@myuser.ai.
