Made by myuser.ai

We built Session Recordings because the quickest way to understand a website is to watch someone use it. Analytics tells you that visitors left; a replay shows you why. We kept it simple: real visits, the important moments marked, typing masked and your cookie banner respected.

It comes from myuser.ai, which writes and sends emails and texts for online stores, including cart reminders by email and SMS. On Shopify, myuser.ai includes session recordings for Shopify stores too. We also make Spin Wheel, pop-ups whose prizes are real store coupons, and a set of free marketing tools, including a session replay demo.

How we write our guides

Our guides are published by the team that builds the app. Where a guide describes what Session Recordings does, we check it against the app itself. We don't publish made-up statistics, and where a topic touches privacy law, we say it isn't legal advice and point you to the rules that apply to your site.

• Wix steps are sourced. Guides that walk through Wix settings list the Wix help center pages they rely on under Sources.
• Replays in our pictures are made up. The visits, stores and paths in our examples are invented to show common patterns, drawn to match the app's player and Activity list.
• Guides are kept current. Each guide shows when it was last updated, and we revise guides when Wix changes a feature.
• Corrections are welcome. If you spot a mistake, email support@myuser.ai and we'll fix it.
